* On a personal note, I'm amazed at the people who stop here
at my new country home wanting to sell me something. Five times
two different people came by to put sealant on the driveway.
The first, Jake, claimed the driveway was never sealed. He'd do it for
$650. The second, Donnie, said *he* put the driveway in, not Jake,
and that it was sealed but needed it again. If I let him put the sealant
on right now---10 PM at night!---he'd do it for only $500.

I feel like I'm in a TV episode of "Green Acres" with country folk
trying to sell me a pig, and every person is offering the same pig.
And the place is so quiet it's almost spooky. One of the movers
said, "I've seen too many scary movies to live out here." :)
Truth is, I *love* being out here in God's green acres. My office
is on the second floor of a beautiful home. I look outside my window
and see tree tops, birds, and sometimes strolling wild deer. And
when I need a break, there's always the pool, the pool table, the
basketball hoop, horse shoes, the woods in the back, my giant
library of rare books, and, of course, my BMW Z3.
Yes, magic and miracles are possible.
