HYPNOTIC: Nerissa's birthday was March 4th. One of the items I bought for her was a hand-made box of hand-made chocolate from a company in France.

But that's not the hypnotic part.

When the box of delights arrived, it contained a letter from the chef. I read it and loved it. Here it is, in part...

"There is a supernatural universe of chocolate to discover.

"Close your eyes and prepare yourself for a journey to an enchanted world of remarkable and subtle flavors: soft, spicy, sweet, aromatic, light, tender, sharp, bitter, dark, creamy and even white. These magical elements, flirting and melting with one another will bring you to higher places..."

Ahh, yess!

The letter goes on from there but you get the idea.

What do most businesses send when you order something?

A pre-printed "Thank you" note, if that.

Not this chef in France.

He ends his hypnotic thank you letter with a subtle request to order more and tell your friends. He says:

"A small personal recommendation: never stop tasting chocolates and by all means, never forget to offer chocolate, it is too much fun! Our love story with chocolate must continually unfold."

I loved it.

And so did Nerissa.

I didn't sample the candy but Nerissa said it was bliss.

Weeks after the delivery, the co-founder of ZChocolate wrote Nerissa and said, "I want to know of any problems (no matter how small) you may have experienced with our products or with our shipping carrier."

Talk about wanting to make their service flawless.

IDEA: Where can you find some of the most creative, brilliant, and practical ideas around today?

Just go to the Global Ideas Bank.

There you will find the largest brainstorming session in history. These are people like you and me, all wanting to make a difference, and all posting their ideas for a better world. I find the site inspiring. At times it makes me feel dumb, as some of the ideas posted there are pure genius.

A silent car alarm, for example. Instead of the alarm breaking the ear drums of everyone near it, it sends a silent text message to the mobile phone, or the e-mail, of the owner. Beautiful. And easy to do.

A laughter contest in prisons. This would relieve tension, create a stress-free environment, and more. (It's already being done in Thailand.)

Then there's the idea of projecting images of healing to people in recovery. Most doctors, nurses and hospitals don't focus on the healing. Why not? Helping someone focus on their healing will
help them heal. Another idea of genius.

The site is an on-going bulging database of ideas. Be sure to get their publications, too. "The Global Ideas Book" and "The World's Greatest Ideas" are packed with *hundreds* of good ideas for improving
our lives and our planet. I marvel at what people create.

LONGEVITY: How can you live 150 years?

I'm currently fascinated with anti-aging. I joined the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and am devouring books on the subject. Since being healthy can help you in all areas of your life, including your marketing and prosperity, here are some recent findings:

- Just 30 minutes a day of physical activity can lower your risk of death by 37%

- Don't smoke and cut the risk by 35%

- Eat fruit, vegetables, and fish, and avoid red meat and dairy products, and reduce the risk by 23%

- Drink 4 glasses of wine per week (that's per week, not per day) and lower your risk of death by 22%.

Do all of the above and I guess you reduce your risk of death by 117%.

Those findings are from a 10-year long study reported in The Journal of the American Medical Association, and mentioned in Anti-Aging Medical News. It's good advice, and easy to implement.

TIP: How do you come up with a memorable domain name for your website?

When I needed a good name for my new home gym, and for the website to describe it, I went online to http://www.domainfellow.com/customQuery.asp

I typed in key words and let the free software generate names for me. It came up with several. I then ran a survey and asked some people what they thought. We ended up picking -- http://www.GladiatorGym.com
