You can see me in downtown Austin, Texas taking a tour of a small cigar shop. You can also see cigars being hand rolled here. These are in four parts, all filmed by my dear friend Mark Ryan. Go see:

    Great videos.
I would note that you shouldn’t smoke cigars within a humidor room.
Tobacco is one of the most odor absorbing materials in the world.
Flavor contamination takes place as a result.

The snake cigars (culebras) were given to Cuban cigar workers for personal consumption. This ensured they were not smoking the good ones all day long.
Only one culebra a day and you better not be seen with a straight cigar.

    Now, forget about “The Secret”.
They never provided an effective ritual for focussing your intention.
I personally do a daily “Cigar Meditation” for the manifestation of specific objectives.
This technique is very powerful and effective and has been used in one form or another for centuries by the richest and most influential individuals in the world.

    1) First you buy the most expensive box of cigars at a given store. Buy Perdomos or Ashtons or something good, rather than local mediocre stoogies. (a monetary and emotional investment take place in here).

    2) Then you ask for guidance on what to ask for ONLY while smoking your daily cigar. You want to decide what you want from an inspired position.

    3) Once you are guided on what to ask for, continue smoking a cigar a day, at the same time and place, savoring your objective on each puff, with luxury in mind, releasing it into the unknown winds of serendipity.

    4) On the last cigar, you ask for guidance on any action necessary to support the manifestation of your goal and follow up with deeds.

    That’s it.
Then you buy another box of cigars to celebrate the manifestation of your dream once you obtain it.

    Joe,
Great video of one of my favorite Austin landmarks…Bobalu Cigars…In general I would agree that their cigars are better than 80 percent of the cigars you can buy legally…..Pedron Aniversarios 1963 are one of my favorites and compare favorably with Cubanos.
Good to meet you at the Wimberley book signing….I read “Life’s Missing Instruction Manual” last night…. Great read….with a cigar of course 🙂 Hope you enjoyed the stogie I gave you…..one of my all time favorites.

    AHO

    Richard
