kirktreadmillwebready.jpg The amazing Kirk – the little boy who had a stroke after birth who myself and others have contributed funds to help heal – is making progress. Here’s a picture his mom sent me today. Kirk isn’t walking yet, but he’s moving, and that’s a start. I feel gratitude whenever I see any picture of my little friend Kirk. If you are celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday here in the states, or even if you’re not, pause and give thanks for your life. And for moments like this.

    You’re totally right Dr. Joe.
I hope that makes everybody think a little bit. We always forget what really matters.

I encourage everybody to sign Kirk’s guestbook. http://www.amazingkirk.com

I wish all my best to Kirk and his family.

Joe: The pictures made my eyes wet with God tears, because its great to see the obvious progress with Kirk when comparing his first picture to the second one. I won’t be surprised if he ends up living a normal life as an adult. The possibilities for miracles and healing are never ending!

Its interesting… I wanted to make a donation of some sort when doing a Ho’oponopono session one night last week, but left it open to whatever would come up, and here you are mentioning Kirk; best place for me to contribute, so thank you, for presenting me with this opportunity!

    Blessings,
    Marie

That’s incredible, I’m glad to know that I contributed, even if it was a small amount, to his improvement.

Have the doctors said anything about if he’ll ever walk w/o support or anything like that?

    Dear Joe,
Here is some useful information for Kirk’s parents. One of the world’s top experts on treating stroke patients is Prof. Ming Qing Zhu of Zhu’s Neuro-Acupuncture center in San Jose, Ca. (www.scalpacupuncture.org). He created a new acupuncture technique and demonstrated it as far back as 1987 at an International Conference in Beijing where a hemiplegic stroke patient stood up and walked without support after a 15 minutes treatment. Since then Dr. Zhu’s has succeefully treated numerous stroke victims with his soft “magic needles” and continues to do so, now from his clinic in California.
I read about Kirk in your blog and have been very moved by his story and by the love that is being poured towards this boy by so many people. I would like to pass professor Zhu’s information through you to Kirk’s parents in case they haven’t heard about him.

All my very best wishes to Kirk and his family,

    Auriela McCarthy

    Milena.
