Getting Something Off My Chest…

For the last three months I’ve lived with the idea that I have cancer.

I’ve kept this secret to myself and a small circle of close friends, as I didn’t want to invite any negative energy to it.

But now it’s time to tell you the whole story…

The Problem
When I had my emergency appendectomy last January, the doctors did a routine c-scan and discovered a strange growth inside my chest, between my lungs.

That wasn’t news I expected.

The doctor delivered it to me like it was a death sentence.

I had to take another c-scan to learn the growth was potentially dangerous. While the radiologists and the doctors couldn’t say for certain, they suspected it could be a deadly form of lymphoma.

The doctors sent me to a cancer specialist, who saw me the next day and wanted to do a biopsy the very next day after that.

Why were they moving so quickly?

Why did they want a biopsy done so soon?

They didn’t bother to tell me the biopsy might in fact be more dangerous than the growth in my chest. A biopsy can break up the tumor and cause it to travel to new areas in the body. It’s not always the best thing to do.

I decided to not do it, though it was not an easy decision to make.

What if I were wrong?

The Mental Stress
You can’t imagine how the thought of having cancer can ruin your day. Even with mental discipline, being told you could have cancer is enough to make anyone shake.

I cancelled trips, such as one to Canada for a book signing and interviews. I couldn’t handle the flights, the three days of work, the people, the traffic, the questions, all while still recovering from emergency surgery and now carrying the stress of cancer on my mind.

I found it hard to focus on work at home, too, though I did the best I could and still came out with new books, such as Buying Trances: A New Psychology of Sales and Marketing.

I went on Larry King live, for my five minutes of fame, but I was distracted by my concerns. I don’t think I looked my best. I dragged into the studio and dragged out of it.

That’s not all, of course.

Being in waiting rooms surrounded by people who definitely have cancer and are in various forms of decay is not pleasant or pretty, either.

And I was sitting among them.

I was possibly one of them.

How was I going to get out of this one?

The Pivoting Point
The first thing I did was feel my emotions.

I admit that being told by a cancer specialist that the growths in my chest are not natural, no matter what they are, was unsettling, to say the least.

I left there with tears in my eyes.

I drove home feeling depressed.

I felt very alone.

But along the drive home I got my second wind. I remembered my books, my talks, the movie The Secret, the power of the Law of Attraction — and I took matters into my own hands.

I was not going to be a victim.

I was not going to mindlessly bow to authority.

So I stated an intention: I would heal whatever I had.

I didn’t know how.

But I would figure it out along the way.

Taking Action
By the time I got home, I felt a renewed sense of power. I went online and shot off emails to people who I felt could help me.

Some people were close friends for emotional support.

Some people were resources who knew healers or alternative methods of healing.

I basically shook the trees to create an army of support to help me.

Obviously, I took a lot of action.

I didn’t get overnight results, though.

I worked with one healer who thought I was healed after three phone sessions with him. He encouraged me to get another c-scan. He felt my tumors were gone.

I scheduled the c-scan — which cost me two thousand dollars — and submitted myself to the test again.

But the growth in my chest had not changed at all.

I was very disappointed.

I wasn’t going to give up, though.

I re-stated my intention and moved forward.

Exploring the Cause
Joe Sugarman of BluBlocker sunglasses fame told me about a product that could potentially dissolve cancerous tumors. It’s a protected form of glutathione, a powerful antioxidant. I immediately asked for it and began to take it.

I also asked myself what in me attracted the health challenge.

After all, if we attract everything, how did I attract this?

I write about the method I used to clear myself in my forthcoming book, The Key.

In short, I focused on forgiving myself and others. I focused on letting go of resentment so I could release any stuck energy in my body and again be at a place of health; of peace.

I used the tumors as a spiritual awakening. They became a device for me to realize my power of choice. They became a gift.

And all of this continued until last Thursday morning.

The Tube
That’s when I went in for an MRI, to see how I was doing.

I didn’t like the MRI.

I was slid into a tube.

Might as well call it a coffin.

It’s a tight fit, it’s an enclosed space, I can’t move or even fidget, and I had to wear headphones that delivered non-stop country music — my least favorite music — into my ears.

No fun.

I also had to be in that slim-jim tube for over thirty minutes, which is tough when you can’t move at all and all you can hear is music you don’t like.

I spent my time cleaning and clearing myself using the Zero Limits method.

I spent thirty minutes saying “I love you” to whatever was listening.

I left the MRI disoriented and weak.

I hadn’t eaten.

I hadn’t had coffee.

And I just went through a rough time with all that country music.

But later Thursday night I got the results.

The Results
You can’t imagine my relief when I got the news.

Finally – after three months of waiting – it was clear that I do not have cancer.

The swollen nodes in my chest are still there but harmless; probably there because at one time in the last three years they fought off an infection in my body. They are heroes for helping me stay healthy. They in fact needed appreciated; even loved.

They are not cancerous and any sign of cancer is gone.

I’m free.

After three m
onths of living with the idea that I had cancer, my intention and my work cleared up the inner problem.

What’s left is health and well being.

What I learned from all this is that all is well.
The swollen nodes in my chest are still swollen and still the same size, which means there may never have been a problem in the first place, as they never enlarged.
But it could also mean everything I did — from the healers I worked with to the inner work I did on myself to the new form of glutathione I took — all helped me stop anything from getting worse.
Whatever the case, I’m well, and far more improved, awake, alive, and aware than I was before this adventure.

Lessons
My message to you is this:

don’t be a victim, be a victor;

don’t focus on what you don’t want, focus on what you do want;

don’t assume what you want to change is bad, it may actually be good for you;

don’t sit and wait for things to happen, take action, any inspired action, to get things started;

and always maintain hope.

Expect Miracles.

Joe

PS — The new glutathione product Joe Sugarman told me about, which I still use and plan to always use, is described at
www.stemcellproductsllc.com/protected-glutathione.htm It’s called Protectus 120™. I don’t receive a dime for mentioning it to you. I’m not even sure they are selling it yet. But I wanted you to know the information, as I know somebody will be curious about it.

Note: If you’d like to see me expand this post into a Special Report about health and healing, going deeper into the principles revealed here, let me know. There are more layers to the story. More insights to share. More descriptions to relay. More resources to give. If you want the longer report, or have questions, leave a comment and let me know. If you’d just like to be notified when (if) I write such a Special Report, send a blank e-mail to [email protected] Thank you. I love you.

FYI: My book, The Key, pictured above, which I am completing this week, comes out in October. Zero Limits comes out in July. You can pre-order them from www.amazon.com/ Obviously, I’ve managed to stay prolific and productive despite my health challenges. You can, too.

Thank you, thank you. I only posted my message a few minutes ago and the emails and love is already pouring in. I am VERY grateful. Maybe what might be more useful is to look around and help someone who has cancer, or any illness. There’s a lot of suffering in the world, and we can all help. Pass the love forward. And again, I won’t be able to respond to everyone who writes, but I am touched by the love and VERY grateful.

Having cancer at an early age gave me a persective that has served me well in my life but it is a very stressful time.

    Dear Joe,
At the end of last September, I discovered a swollen lymph node on the lower left side of my neck. After a biopsy and removal of the node, it was discovered that I had cancer. However, it was not lymphoma. But, after multiple tests and efforts to find the source, they were never able to do so. My wife continued to tell me, “it’s because it’s not there.”

The cancer was finally described to me as Squamous Cell Carcinoma from a non-primary source. The next step was radiation, which was applied from my lower neck and up. After 6 weeks of radiation, I went back in for surgery to have all the nodes removed from the left side of my neck.

The night before going home from the hospital, I was told that if the pathology discovered any cancer cells, my next step would be chemo.

My wife and I had the movie The Secret and we continued to watch and continued to confirm that “it’s not there.” The pathology came back negative. After over 6 months, 3 of which I did not eat any food whatsoever, which caused me to lose 40 pounds, it’s over.

I know and thoroughly understand the mental stress and anxiety that you went through.

I send you warm, positive thoughts of love and caring AND, JOY for your physical health!

    Joe,

I always appreciate how candid you are about your personal challenges, that you are not afraid to share how imperfect you are — just like the rest of us!

Yet, when you discover something that’s not-quite-right-yet, you instinctively default to following your own teachings.

I’m proud of you, Joe! I’m especially encouraged by this personal post to look at every challenge in my life as a potential “cancer” in my chest between my lungs.

(By the way, when I think of that as I type this, I remember in my mind’s eye how in times of tension and stress, I find myself feeling that tightness in my chest right between my lungs!)

I am further encouraged to remember your lessons: Be a Victor; Focus on What I Want; Embrace the “cancer” that just may be good for me; Take inspired Action; and Maintain hope!

I feel FANTASTIC just typing those empowering lessons.

Thank you for your honesty, openheartedness, and joy.

    Much love,

Some thoughts after reading your post: I think the most powerful time is from discovery to actual diagnosis. Perhaps those nodes *could* have been cancerous, had you allowed your thoughts to go in that direction. You changed that. Maybe the healer you worked with transformed them. Maybe you still needed the nodes to be there (albeit benignly) as reminders.

    Joe,

Your utterly soul baring post brought tears to my eyes and inspiration to my heart.

I am profoundly grateful that you don’t have cancer. Honestly I didn’t feel it… I did feel something was amiss in you – you seemed to be a bit off energetically, but it felt more emotional than physical.

The greatest Gift you could share with us, your readers and students, is the Gift what you came to acknowledge this was for you:

I used the tumors as a spiritual awakening. They became a device for me to realize my power of choice. They became a gift.

If no one takes anything else away from your sharing of this deeply challenging time, I hope they take away these two lines.

EVERYTHING in Life is always a spiritual awakening, no matter “how bad (or good)” we or others label it. Remembering to live viewing all from this perspective is the key to an amazing, wealthy and contributing life.

The “tumors” were always a Gift… it just was your perception of them that needed to shift.

I too would like to see the expanded Special Report, I think it will offer tremendous value.

    Health is Wealth -Enjoy it!

    In Love,

    Hi Joe!

After reading your blog about the “cancer experience,” I wanted to comment. I have been associated with an online group of healers for many years, and was raised in a religous tradition that taught the practice of metaphysics. We have had many so-called miracles in my family, over the years, including several with cancer. The most recent medical miracle, however, had to do with what doctors thought was severe heart disease. My mother had swelling of the ankles, and after being sent to a cardiologist, we were told her condition was very grave. We researched and found an exceptional doctor in San Antonio. After the cardiologist reviewed the reports, she set up an emergency heart catheter test. My stepfather and I waited in the adjoining room with about 30 other people, but did not speak one word to each other. We merely set about clearing our minds of all dis-ease, knowing our loved one was perfect and whole. About 30 minutes later, the doctor motioned us into the hall. She had the most perplexed look on her face. She said, “You’re not going to believe this!” I said, “You didn’t find anything, did you?” She said, “How did you know?” I giggled as I told her this wasn’t the first time. She kept using the word “miracle,” but we never think of it in terms of anything but what is. She said her fellow doctors and nurses were really giving her a hard time because my nearly 80-year-old mother had one of the healthiest hearts they had ever seen, but she took it quite well in the end. LOL Anyway…after seeing so many healings over the years, I’ve come to expect healing to be the norm. I’m so happy you, too, have learned to do this. It is not merely positive thinking…it requires understanding WHY it is so. At least, that is what I’ve come to know for me. I’m now teaching this to many others, and I look forward to sharing your story with them, also. We love you, Joe, and know that all is well. Let us all celebrate this news with lots of yee-haws and whoopees!!! Hugs!

    God Bless–

    Hi Joe,

I am so glad you turned out to have no problem.

I am going through the similar thing, but with biopsies for breast cancer. I agree, these situations can be very unsettling, to say the least. I very much feel with you, as you went through that, and the relief you felt to find out you are fine.

You only have a *problem* if you *think* you have a problem!!!

    Joe,

Thanks for sharing this experience and
my congratulations on how you resolved this challenge.
I feel with you and I am glad that you are well.

Several years ago I had a severe health problem which rendered
me incapable to work for about half of a year.
(and I sometimes I feared that I wouldn’t be able to work again, ever…)
(was a combination of pancreatitis and a depression)

But it was also the start of a phenomenal spiritual awakening.
(the more I awake, the more I realize how much is still there
to be awakened, so I am still at the start of the awakening
    I guess… 🙂 I think you know what I mean.)

Now I am healthier than ever,
be able to work a full time job with a long commute,
    start a business besides that,
and have time for my daugter ( 2 years and 9 months old ).

How I got out of it:

    * Never give up.

    * Have a good spiritual mentor.

    * Be an interested observer on what happens.

    * Trust my intuition more than the doctors.
( I really smiled when I read that you refused the biopsy based on your own
    judgement.
This was probably a shortcut which avoided a medical-problems-detour. )

    * alternative medicine: have found a really good healer
    who uses the Holopathie method.
( more about Holopathie on http://www.quint.cc (in German).
This is so new they haven’t yet translated their website to English
as they probably have plenty of work to do for the German speaking market.
I don’t get anything for mentioning it, just have the intuition
that it might be beneficial to you. )

    * massive action mode:

    – spiritual work on myself

    – work with imagination/trance ( writing down the inner movies
    helps to keep them running.
Somehow I figured this out “accidentally”. )

    – nutrition ( 5 elements )

    – physical exercise ( preferable outside in the nature )

    – light therapy ( good way to get rid of antidepressants.
A bit of chocolate sometimes helps too. 🙂 )

    – Karate training

    – try new things, question old beliefs
(that’s how I finally dared to start with the healer.)

    – have my healer work regularly with me

    – allow new friends to appear and receive what they give me.
(of course I not only received but also I gave and sent
    and everything felt naturally
so it was no forced giving and receiving but more
a kind of letting it happen.)

(Currently I only continue some of these things.
I have new priorities and new challenges now
which require different types of actions…)

    ***

Thanks again for sharing your experience.

Your words put things in perspective and
reminded me that no challenge is big enough
for giving up or feeling bad continuously.

After all, feeling good now is always a better
starting point for a good future.
(It’s just so easy to forget this when in the middle of a challenge.)

    Best wishes to you,

    Chris

P.S. Thanks for your Hypnotic Gold Service which I have subscribed.
Your CDs are a voice of sanity and spirituality
which I often listen to on my daily commute.
Helps to me keep me on the right track.

    Hi Joe,

What a story! FYI, the skin care patch from LifeWave can raise the glutathione levels in the body by as much as 300%.

LifeWave is discontinuing the complete skin care system but has incorporated the patch with another one into their new product Y Age. That’s the skin care patch (renamed the glutathione booster, which protects the cells against the effects of aging) and the carnosine booster (repairs cells already damaged by aging).

All they won’t be selling anymore are the topical creams in the skin care system. They’ll sell them out and discontinue them.

I have been wearing the skin care patch since last summer and love it.

    Take care.

He had some very standard problems that we expected and he is perfect now. It could have been very different had I not come into contact with you, The Secret, Abraham and others last year. The story is too long to put on your blog…but I would be so honored if you would take some time to go and watch the youtube video series I did on it. It even deals with the VA Tech incident. Knowing what and how is one thing, but being able to do it is really using your potential.

The power of our thought is in taking command of it, as you did.

Demonstrating the strength to rise above the appearance of what was happening and seek the good – that’s the power of choice.

You are awesome for taking command of your thought in such a situation as well as sharing it with others so we all may see the power of thought.

    Fascinating.

They throw the “C” word @ people & it brings out the worst survivalist fears…even in the spiritually inclined.

A more interesting thing to consider is WHY we’re SO attached to 3D life in the first place, that we fear “losing” it SO much? Especially when we are given advance warning, in the form of a terminal prognosis..

Have watched people “die of” cancer & have watched people “survive” it…Similarly with AIDS.

Unless you subscribe to the immortality theories, dying is an inevitability of the current human experience.

However, if you’re living your life to the full, how you die is almost irrelevant.Fretting or getting anxious about it is dis-empowering & serves very little positive purpose.

On the other hand, a world reknown Urologist gave me a death sentence of a three-percent chance of living beyond six months. That was 20 years ago and I am now a 73 year old robust man becoming more vital every year.

This may sound like a strange thing to say but that year of 1988 was one of the most enjoyable years of my life. I really got to know my beautful wife of thirty two years better than I had known her; her strength, courage, and charm was beyond anything I had ever realized. For one year we traveled and did everything together. It was a beautiful life–a storybook life. Then one day it came so clear to me that I was going to make it. It just came to me!

Three years later I lost my wife to a cerrebral annehurism. Because she had been so wonderful over a thirty-five year merriage, I decided I would have a real regal celebration in her honor. I wrote the invitation myself and had them printed. On the very day she died I stopped at the printer’s to pick up the invitations. When I arrived home, there she was lying in the floor dead. I stood there looking down on her lifeless body, invitations in hand, two weeks prior to our 35th anniversary.

i remember something similar happened to tony robbins many years ago. they told him he had cancer, because of something wich was statistically wrong…

10 years ago they told me i had to go through an hearth operation, because statistics said that something was wrong…
i didn’t do anything they told me to do. and i’ve never had a problem.

most doctors treat you as a number…

if you’re interested in the latest breakthrough in medicine and especially cancer, i really reccommend doctor’s hamer work. he’s a german, and he spent a lot of time in jail because of his discoveries…

the only book in english i’ve found is

it’s about cancer being a natural reaction of the body wich is just trying to heal a psychological trauma.

    i’m happy you’re well!

I just read Joe’s blog “Getting Something Off My Chest” and maybe I’m missing something, but it seems that nothing changed physically from the beginning to the end of the story.
The only change was Joe’s emotional roller coaster.
The docs found the tumors and told Joe worst case scenarios. Joe bought into the possible diagnosis (understandably) and spent 3 months worrying, trying to heal, stressing, etc., only to find out at the end that the tumors (which had not changed) were not cancerous or harmful (and presumably never were.
Maybe the lesson here is to not buy into assumptions (again, that would be very hard not to do for most of us), stay calm and hold onto our core belief that all will be well.
Joe could have saved himself 3 months of major stress.

You wrote that you “wanted to get something off your chest,” which is ORGAN LANGUAGE. For example, if one says, “that burns me up,” it could result in hypertension; “cant’ stomach that,” results in stomach issues; “takes my breadth away,” asthma and so on.
If that “Chest” thinking is typical, it could explain the connection to your physiology.

I am so happy to hear the happy ending. I’ve had similar scary health things like that happen that turn out to be nothing. It can be a little daunting as you go through the experience and then again go into the immediate gratitude for health and your life.

Joe you have so much to contribute to society. You are so loved. Please continue to teach and share with us. I for one would love to hear about all the different layers of the experience! As always, I love learning from one of my favorite “Heros” on the planet! Much love to you Joe! I’m so happy to hear the good news!

“Thank you Joe for your fantastic post.”

    Why I like you so much is because you are unlike many of self-help gurus;

    “You don´t have a need to be a super-human”.

It´s a fact that in life we have ups and downs and that´s what makes life worth of living!

When Good things happen we should be grateful.

When Bad things happen we should be grateful.

Only in our mind we determine things to be good or bad.

There are only things that happen and everything that happens is called life.

It´s not good or bad; it´s just life!

When bad things happen we usually refuse to see the “bigger picture”.

When we get things we want we are happy but when problems come we get disappointed and depressed.

There´s nothing to be depressed about when we remember it´s all just life!

In the eyes of God (or higher power you prefer) Being sick or healthy, rich or poor, black or white are all Good. We are given what we need to have. We need to “pay” before we play 🙂

Good and bad are both neutral if we take off our need to judge!

We won´t always have only “good things” coming to us if we refuse to learn the lessons that are given to us. (As I said before we need to pay before we play)

    Those lessons may be tough.

    Those lessons may be depressing.

    Those lessons may be “impossible”.

But what ever comes our way we only have two choices:

    1. Stop living, get depressed, blame others, blame god… (I guess you get the point already)

    2. “live” through your lessons saying: “This is what is given me. It´s not good. It´s not bad. It´s just life. Thank you!”

And when we “live” through every situation we are given there is always a solution to our every problem!

Joe, I see something really really REALLY good things coming to you right now because you´ve passed a really important lesson!

(and even if it´s biggest, boldest dream that comes true, remember this: “It too is just life”)

Thank you for sharing your story Joe,

    You´re the man!

    Yours,

    -L.O. Niskasaari

    Thank Goodness you’re OK.

It’s funny, the idea that that which you focus on becomes true, or thoughts become things, is really resounding with me and my life right now.

My poor mum had a really debilitating disease that the docs didn’t even know existed when she contracted it. It was similar to the effects of cancer, HIV and rheumatoid arthritis all in one…

Anyway, being a stoic woman, no end of hospital ’emergency’ visits challenged her will to live. She astouned medical ‘experts’ who, not so long ago, gave her just a 5% chance of survival. She walked out of the hospital a few weeks later…

Then, when her own mum suffered a heart attack and then she lost her sister to cancer in the space of a month, she took a turn for the worse. She never recovered and I said goodbye to her a few years back.

The point I’m getting to is that I was so scared to end up living the same life as that of mum (although she put on an incredibly brave face and fight, her life was plagued by pain, debilitation and hospital visits)…

last year I was diagnosed with something uncannilly similar to what mum had. I think by focusing on NOT wanting what she had, brought about the very things I feared in my own physiological makeup.

Since learning of The Secret last summer, I was determined to heal myself without medical intervention. However, this year I ‘gave in’ as my body was starting to shut down.

They can’t do anything for the main ‘illness’ I have, but I am more determined than ever to prove the docs that this ‘incurable’ illness CAN be overcome. I WILL heal. And I WILL survive. I know it…

So thanks again for sharing, and for being an inspiration…

    Tracey

    Hi Joe,

Thanks for sharing that with the world. It takes guts to do something like that, but then I always new you had plenty. Cancer is something that affects more people than we realize.

I know this better than most as it has affected my life in a very close and personal way.

In November 2003 after a seven month battle my wife died due to cancer in her liver and colon. She tried so hard to beat it, even just enough time to see our 2 sons start school. They were 3 and 5 at the time.

Since I found the movie “The Secret” and all the other LOA books, CDs and DVDs, I often wondered if things could have been different had we known about all this at the time. Still, I know I can’t dwell on that and have to move on. After all, it is said, that everything happens for a purpose and it serves us. It has taken a little time, but that purpose is becoming clear.

Glad to hear you have conquered the big C and that you will continue to share your thoughts and wisdom with the world. Long may it continue.

Why Abraham is not on “The Secret” any more
    Follow this link…

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AtE4v3YYJEA

    Abraham in hiding
    1. why the publisher felt unable to continue unless
    Abraham was omitted
    2. why does Abraham say that a good teacher knows
where his student is as far as readiness for
receiving the truth and knowledge of the source.

I believe more than anything the reason for Abraham’s omission from the movie was to not chance losing any credibility
(Abraham would be perceived as the imaginary friend of a must be lunatic cult leader by many whom have never heard of his existence)

Not reaching entire markets/souls to sell / enlighten,
(I don’t know if the publisher is noble and wants to spread the message with least resistance or prejudice, or he just wants to maximize profits )

Many religions would consider Abraham/Esther as a spirit/being, possessed/possessing ultimately in it’s nature not “from the divine” , hence evil.
Once this happens thanks to thousands of years of organized religion brainwashing and programming, walls of blindness and ignorance would auto self erect, logical thought and common sense set aside in order to dodge the truth and propagate the lie

More than likely if Abraham had been introduced from the start these erected walls would underline and highlight that “The Secret” is evil and is a sign of the end of times as foretold in the scriptures that in those last days man would make his own laws and ignore the laws of the Lord.
It’ll be preached how “The Secret” is claiming; no need to pray to the lord and accept Jesus as the son of god to be sent to heaven(the imaginary garden in the sky),
no blackboard in the sky keeping track and dictating down to us , that there is
    no sin…..
    no need for the church!!!!

Fighting for it’s survival, organized religions would coordinate rebellions against the secret and those exposed to it’s message.
Brain-washing and manipulation by the way of well established units of operation and ingrained behavioral patterns. Sunday Church and Friday Mosque and Monday Senegal’s.

This ties directly to the second point in regards to student’s readiness which Abraham so intently articulated in the above video.

Many of those whom these teachings have struck a chord with are also devout Christians, Muslims, or Jews. Perhaps many were sitting in the very audience of this video .

To realize, and embrace the knowledge, of the law. Means that eventually on a personal level one must/will see the misguidedness in teachings of Christianity, Islam, and Judaism or any other religion which has lost it’s original intended message and has regressed back to totem/ statue/self worship and belief in it’s super morality (some statues I think are made of Jade)

    How many admirers of “The Law” are ready for this transformation??? The truth is to be consumed in the same manner as a cup of HOT tea;

it must be sipped on a little at a time, blowing on the tea to cool off a bit before each sip and pause in between the sips for your mouth to cool off.

Go too fast and you’ll get badly burned and end up with a speech impediment or you’ll spit it all out and vouch to never drink tea ever ever again

Roots of the movie “The Secret”
I am sure many of you already know this, for those that don’t… The Secret (Law Of Attraction), is actually based on the teachings of Abraham…you might already know who Abraham is but for those who don’t…

Abraham are/is spiritual beings whom collectively speak with one voice through Esther Hicks (as in under trance or whatever that state of mind is called) If you watched the movie all the way to the end Esther does comment towards the end, a short segment….

Beautiful movie wonderful lessons and all the great things that can and has been said about it, I agree with…

My only curiosity, well maybe not my only curiosity but a main one, is why so little, actually nothing at all was said as to hint/illuminate/clarify/introduce, the source of the teachings in the movie….

is it that the producers thought the notion of Abraham as an spiritual entity sending messages from beyond was too damaging to the credibility of the movie…

or perhaps stating that these lessons are the result of such supernatural events, would alienate the Christian to be movie watchers, since any supernatural power if not from the lord is considered flawed and evil…

or maybe sending the message out and receiving maximum exposure so to better the human race was/is the goal, and the source of the message is unimportant….

I would love to hear what everyone thinks about this, and those who did not know of this, now that you have been exposed, how does it effect your view of the movie/teachings…

    cheers
