Wow Joe! I love that Virgil – he’s so handsome! I do that, open the fridge, just stare inside and don’t end up taking anything out. I’m a picky eater… just like a finicky cat! But I do open the dang thing and stare into it, even when it’s nearly empty…I have no idea why… what am I looking for? A surprise?

Kristin’s book looks fantastic… it’s the only valid approach to weight loss and a healthy lifestyle, the only way to go. To learn HOW to eat healthfully, to understand HOW the physical body works and what happens when various foods (which all have medicinal or counter-medicinal, ie. harmful, properties) are introduced.

It looks like she’s done a great job. I truly applaud her ruthless honesty too in describing herself while overweight. How miserable she was emotionally and physically.

I am a size 3/4 or less and know everything she preaches and teaches. I eat like that naturally. And guess what…..I’ve never had a weight problem!

Thanks for bringing this important book to the attention of your readers. There are too many who have NO clue what they are putting in their mouths is doing to their bodies.. besides making them obese!

    In Love and Gratitude,

    Amy

    PS.. ILYPFMISTY

PPS.. pH – Acid/Alkaline balance is critical to health and weight loss. Superfoods naturally push the body towards an Alkaline balance.

I’m in the middle of reading Zero Limits – I guess more so at the beginning of the book – re-reading, in awe, and totally questionning everything! It is certainly holding my attention and making me think! What a positive experience (so far) that I’m having. Just wanted to write and say thank you for the “space I’m in right now”! Cathy

Love your cat! My big ol’ Ragdoll (yes, thats a breed), Buddha does the same thing, except that his food never comes from the frig. Don’t know what he’s expecting….
