Thanks to the work of Nerissa, you can now see Moanin’ Michelle Malone – my favorite singer and songwriter – performing a private house concert in our home last October.
The whole thing was professionally recorded and is now available on DVD. This is a great artist — about to be Grammy nominated — showing her stuff to an eager group of my friends.
There’s some playful banter between Michelle and me, and she even plays an original song that she hasn’t recorded yet. Great entertainment. Great fun. And a rare experience.

I meed to get in touch with someone who can give me information on returning the Increase Sales DVD. I received last Friday and tried to play it on my TV / DVD player. The DVD was not recognized and kept going into ‘initialize’ mode. I then played it on my computer / DVD player. It played, but then crashed my open business program (Quickbooks). After much consternation, I was able to restore my Quickbooks program and recover my business files.
I then closed the Quickbooks program and ran the Increased Sales DVD again. This time I received fatal error messages about the Mircosoft operating system. I don’t know what is wrong here, but I am afraid to play the DVD again.
Please let me know what I need to do to return the program and get a refund.
