Neuroscience is the latest pop-trend in science. No complaints here. I love reading about how your brain can be rewired by your mind (think about that), and how what we thought were limits of the brain are not true at all.

So you can imagine my delight when a neuroscientist applied the latest research to web design.

Susan Weinschenk did just that in her book, Neuro Web Design. I love it. I love it so much I interviewed her for my Hypnotic Gold members.

The interview was in-depth and revealing. I learned why the word FREE is so powerful in marketing, why too many choices eliminate sales, how a website should have only one message, how innocent words on a page (such as love, peace, smile) influence people to take actions later without them knowing it, and how we are virtually totally unconsciously driven.

Susan’s reports about the unconscious mind track with what I wrote about in my book Zero Limits: The conscious mind is barely aware of enough data to get us through the day without walking into walls. The real powerhouse is unconscious. If you want to influence anyone (including yourself), you need to address the un-conscious.

Susan occasionally reviews websites for her blog. In my interview with her, she agreed to review my main site at www.mrfire.com

You can see her seven point analysis at http://whatmakesthemclick.blogspot.com/2009/05/7-ways-mr-fire-can-use-neuro-web-design.html

Her points are ones anyone with a website should implement.

Go see.

Thank you a millions, Ao Akua.
I continue to share and use the Zero Limits with other people such as my students and my friends, and they all got terrific result. My student Anny repeate “I love you, thank you, I’m sorry and please forgive me” in her mind over and over again, she dates with her Mr.Right just two weeks. The other case is my friend Peja, he is going to served in the military, he told me this morning that he draws lots of Air Force instead of army and marine (In Taiwan, boys served in the military is duty.) I am really glad for them! Thanks again.

However, my healthy got worse after May, and when I was very sick, I went to see the doctor and repeated 4 sentences. However, it seem likes doesn’t work, I suffered in a great pain and hardly find peace. Instead of complian, I choose to aceept God’s arrangement and now i am better, I believe Zero limits really work and illness is nothing but just my past negative thoughts fromed.

I believe one day I can clean those obstacles and arrived the unspeakable PEACE.

    Merci Beaucoup, Dr. Joe

    Joe,

I’ll check this book out! I just finished reading Buyology and will be blogging about that book on neuro marketing later this week. I will admit to being fascinated and repelled by concepts of neuro marketing (at least, as the concept was described in Buyology). But I do agree good marketing is about how subtext speaks to the subconscious mind. Good fiction is that way too.

Thanks for the great time! Oh, and great blog. I’m a novelist just stopping in for the first time today (am reading your book The Attractor Factor). So glad to have found you!

Love’n’ every bit of it, love’n’ it, however, some of the neuro science is still climbing into the drivers seat where statistics can dig into the results. New stuff always faces this challenge, if it’s real, it’ll hang well beyond where flippant theory dives off. Love it, notin’ but love goin’ put to the best there is, which would be the good Dr. Fire!
