Regarding the cleansing technique , is it alright to add the word ” and ” between thank you and I love you or should it be just – I’m sorry , please forgive me , thank you , I love you. ? I prefer to add the word “and ” , sounds better to me .
Can I say these words while I am lying down on my bed during bed time or should I only say them in a up right position like when i am moving around or working ?
I would be much grateful if you would help me out on these . Love to see you holding a seminar soon in my country Malaysia .
