Kevin Trudeau is famous for his popular infomercials for his bestselling books, from The Weight Loss Cure to Natural Cures They Don’t Want You to Know to Debt Cures and more.

He’s committed to making a difference in the world. He wants to make a profit while doing so, but that’s the entrepreneurial mindset. His real love is informing people that there are natural remedies to most of the health issues of the day. He’s not going to let anyone stop him from spreading the word, either.

Over the last year I’ve gotten to know him. We’ve had several dinners, meetings, and email exchanges. I’ve been on his radio show, and I’ve interviewed him for my Hypnotic Gold members.

I’ve found him to be sincere and passionate.  Whenever I meet with him, I learn something new about health, healing and/or marketing, and even the Law of Attraction. Turns out Kevin is a big believer in LOA and uses it to be so successful.

kevin trudeau and joe vitale

I have a terrific infomercial for my new book, Attract Money Now because of Kevin’s inspiration.

And when my back began to hurt due to the car accident in Russia a few months ago, it was Kevin who told me of a a cool new tool that has changed my life and sped up my healing.

Recently he gave me a copy of his new audio program, a fourteen CD set titled Your Wish Is Your Command. Since Kevin is a terrific story teller, a riveting speaker, and a walking library of information on attracting what you want in life (with a focus on attracting money), I couldn’t wait to listen to it.

I did and loved it.

CDset1

It’s based on a two-day seminar he gave where people paid $11,000 each to hear him speak. ($11,000!) Lucky you, you can now listen to the same event on audio CDs for under $300.

I’m not an affiliate for the program, but I strongly encourage you to get the set and take the time to listen to it. You’ll learn a lot on many levels.

Just go to Your Wish Is Your Command.

Joe

Law of attraction is not making money. It is attitude. We all are using law of attraction in some way or the other, where we are aware of it or not.

  2. December 3, 2009 at 4:37 pm

1 question and pls give an honest answer: Did Kevin reveal any secret that you haven’t divulged in “The Secret To Attracting Money” or “Attract Money Now”? Your program (The Secret to Attracting Money) is already comprehensive as it is that we don’t think another wealth program could beat it. But of course, we are always open to more ideas and suggestions. Since we value your opinion, we just would like to know if there is something in Kevin’s program that you have not mentioned in yours that we really need to get his. If none, we might just wait until it’s offered in the library. Thank you so much.

    Thank you Dr. Vitale!

I know there will be a lot of negative comments about Kevin. I agree with you. Kevin Trudeau is a passionate entrepreneur and I have a great deal of respect for both of you.

Thanks for the recommendation for his new product. I’m going to get it.

But on my aol there is some very bad publicity about him you should read.I was just wondering if you were aware of it.Ill tell you what Im much better off now for that book!! I learned so much about herbal remedys. That lead me to a local Herabist, That has tincures for the sinus, lung, that cured me of years of having bronchitis. As far as Im concerned,Kevin gave me information that I wished Id had 30 years ago!!! So Joe youre amazing, and when you see Kevin tell hom I said THANK YOU!!!

Yes, i’m aware of the publicity. I don’t let that stop me from learning from his books.

Thank you for spreading the word about Kevin’s new product. I take your recommendations seriously and will look into this.
Changing topics completely, I received a cold call today (on my cell phone) from a fellow in Utah from an organization called ‘PROSPER.’ He said he was calling me on YOUR behalf to offer me a complimentary 30 minute coaching session as a bonus for having purchased one of your products. When asked, he could not specify which product I had purchased, and he could not tell me how he got my cell phone number. It was just an odd call, and my sixth sense is telling me to be wary. Are you connected with or endorse an organization called PROSPER? Do you realize they are cold calling people like me using your good name as a door opener for their pitch?

Yes, they run my coaching programs.

      • December 11, 2009 at 4:59 pm

        Thank you for clarifying this.

Per your recommendation, I’ve been listening to Kevin Trudeau’s CD set (“Your Wish is Your Command”). It’s among the best programs on success mindset and manifestation I’ve come across.

I agree with Kristi Daniels regarding the negative comments about Kevin. But I wonder the new book from Kevin would bring another meaning about LOA . I need to make sure about it before I buy it.

    Hi Joe

I’m surprised you are associating with Kevin Trudeau. He seems to have a long track record of misdeeds, jumping from one product to another as soon as the FTC stops him from promoting one. Have you verifed that Kevin is or was a member of The Brotherhood.? What about all the fines and cases against him by the FTC? Doesn’t that say something about the honesty of this guy?

    • December 13, 2009 at 11:17 am

Maybe it says more about the FTC. For me, I like his work and he’s been nothing but honest and generous with me.

Hello Joe and the rest of the readers! I read all the comments here. and thought to post somthing also. See the way the FTC does things is if there was a cure for cancer or other diseases who do you thiink would go broke.
the pharmaceutical companys. And if they go broke so does the GOV since we pay taxes on most of what we buy drugs to be part of it we would not be paying the GOV there cut. so of course the FTC is going to stop somone from offering cheaper ways to do things.

As for debt cures and his other books it is also true.

If we start using LOA and start learning to do things and learn new things about life and I know joe is a great guy I suggest getting each and every product he has out there he teaches the good stuff and so does kevin.

    Make it a great day!!!!

    Dear Joe,
I have the “your wish is your command” cds and they are very, very good. Everything he says I want to believe, but I have a one serious problem with it. I work in professional stage productions and business presentations and know audio like the back of my hand. In the KT seminar I never hear any laugher, applause, the questions, not even a cough. Even the finest mics with a seasoned audio engineer will pick up room noise. Yet I can hear a land line “hotel room” phone ringing in one of the clips. I can hear a phone in the distance (meaning it was not on a stage but in a small room) but not any of the audience? How can I believe him when my Columbo senses tell me he’s exaggerating the whole presentation and audience? Please answer as it is important to clarify the creditability of this program. Substance should not supersede honesty.

  13. January 21, 2010 at 3:25 pm

KT – love him or hate him. He’s the best pitchman since PT Barnum.

As a retired attorney, I don’t understand how the judge banned him from infomercials in which he has an interest. You see the disclaimers on some shows that he is paid a fee to appear. He also says in some he gets no money from the books.

All part of the judge’s order.

I imagine the appeals will make it all the way to the Supreme Court.

I have the cd’s of Your Wish is Your Command and am sharing it with a small group. I studied hypnosis 50 years ago and it opened my mind to the power of the mind. Kevins presentation is so well presented that anyone who wants to understand is able to. It tells the way to use your mind in such an understandable way. One of the most important realizations is that I don’t have to waste my time on other “secrets”.. Thanks for sharing.

As Lawrence said above “Substance should not supercede honesty” Not Ever. If it was recorded in a hotel room he should just tell us and skip the BS. He’s asking people to dish out alot of money for these dvd’s even at *cough cough… 70% off. I also assume that joining the “elite club” he speaks about in the infomomercial will cost a pretty penny as well. So many programs are just about the “upsells” later on. Many people say it takes money to make money, true. But is’nt Grit, Determination, flexibility, Focus, perserverance and old fashioned hard work and discipline the REAL “secret” to success?? We spend so much money on the “inspiration” which is 1% of success as a wise man once said, but we spend very little on the 99% part of success i.e “Perspiration”.

It only takes a few days after ordering to get the cd’s…fast shipping…

Let me also say that i ordered the set, and the information in this is priceless…The absolute best, most powerful, most incredible teaching series i have ever experienced. Priceless. Thats all i can say…

Also, i have experience in sound engineering, and i can verify that this WAS recorderd in front of a large audience as the ambient noises of people in the background is apparent, as the mic used to record was the new cordless ones that totally mask any exterior noise…

Trust me, this is info that they DONT want out and Mr Trudeau is my new hero for realeasing this info at his own personal expense…i cant recommend this audio enough…

    • Lawrence-Reply
      April 2, 2010 at 9:33 am

Nope. I can’t let this one go.

William you sound like a shill. Today’s Sennheiser super-cardioid shotgun microphones can block out 95% of outside noises…but that is not the mics they used.

I have over 20 years in stage and television production. I can hear a land line telephone rings, a hotel door opening and closing multiple times, and outside ambulance and police sirens. Why can I hear all the ambient room noise but none, and I mean none of the audience?

Believe me folks, outside of one guy asking a few questions on the last CD (which sounds like he used KT’s mic!) there are no audience sounds what so ever.

After listening to the whole product, its content is OK, but until I see a picture of him in at the location with any audience, that portion is total BS… There is no doubt it!

I am with Lawrence on this. After having now listened to the program (most of the Cd’s), Listening with earphones, I have heard, in the backround, what sounds like a dog barking, a bird squawking, a car horn, a siren, a door creaking…it even sounds at times like he is readjusting himself in his chair! I personally believe, and personally have no doubt, that KT recorded these CD’s sitting in a room by himself. We hear these noises yet there is not one peep, cough, or audience noise to be heard!! The Cd’s contain some interesting info for people who wish to hear more on the LOA and positive thinking..but presented in this way…..I could never recommend these CD’s to family or friends. It’s my opinion that these Cd’s are ultimatley just a “pitch” to join his global network and nothing more… For anyone reading this who owns the program, you dont have to be an audio expert..just listen to the program with earphones and you will clearly hear the backround noises Lawrence and I have heard (and I’m sure many others as well have heard).

Of course I listened to them. That’s why I endorsed them. I don’t care if he recorded it live or in a studio. What matters is what he says. That information is brilliant, as many others have also said. When I listen, I am the audience, and that’s the only one that matters. If you don’t like the cd’s, just move on to the ones you do.

While I agree with the ‘shopping cart’ approach to listening to the Wish CDs, I will take issue with fact that KT uses sensationalism and a deceptive sales approach to sell his program(s). The CDs are nothing more than an elaborate sales pitch to become a member of his ‘society’. His comment that you must ‘qualify’ to be a member is a joke. Qualification involves nothing more than a credit card with a limit that exceeds the cost of membership and other associated costs.
If successful use of the LOA involves deception and lies, then the character of those practicing it should be brought under serious scrutiny.

I will move on as well BUT it matters to me. You can’t get to the truth when the first thing your told is not true. you’re already being led down a wrong path!

In response to Kevin Trudeau’s ever present question on the CD’s “Who do you believe?’ my answer is now “Definatley not you Kevin Trudeau!”

It’s a breach of trust to the consumers who spent hundreds of dollars on these cd’s… People should care because he claims over and over on the infomercial that it was recorded in front of an audience in the swiss alps! On the Cd’s he takes “question”‘s talks to the “audience”… talks about how great and posh the location is……He even mentions members of royal families being present in the room!…It’s actually laughable to me now to hear it. They used to say that “a man that talks to himself has money in the bank”…I now know that is very true.

This issue matters to me and I’m sure to many others… To overlook this erodes our own personal integrity. He’s insulting our intelligence folks!

And one last comment. I learned one thing in life “Where one lie is, there are often many others hidden”

  21. Ruthy D.-Reply

I think that Kevin is at a level where “lie” is just a word. The core of him is to promote people’s lives in a positive way. The word lie and the concept of “once you lie to me I can never trust you!” is dumb indignation. It is a stop on your teachability radar. Many of those preachers on t.v. are “full of crap” but their messages actually do change people’s lives because the people believe them and their belief changes their thoughts and their lives. Kevin Trudeau is not out to hurt you or screw up your life. Here is the test: is what he is saying hurting your or helping you? He’s telling you that you can command your own life to be bettter, you can heal yourself without drugs, you are worthy etc….good things.
Don’t be hung up on that “if a person is not 100% honest I will never ever trust them” You aren’t looking for a person, you are looking for a childish idea.

For those who come to sites like this, clearly we have higher aspirations but folks let’s demand and expect that those we give our money to are also honest and 100% transparent and can factually back up all their claims. I guess at a certain “evolved” level it’s ok and acceptable to lie to people? If you research Kevin Trudeau enough you will see a disturbing pattern. He has a lot of legal troubles for a reason as Lawrence mentioned. RE: teachability radar; So in order for me to remain flexible on my “teachability radar” I should just accept BS? You maybe can, but I wont. My teachability radar is just fine. I’d rather live my life as honestley as I can, surrounding myself with honest people , and learning from people who are honest.

@LINDA :KT claims over and over again on the infomercial as he holds up the CD set, that it was recorded live in the alps where people paid 10,000 each to attend, plus the many err…”interactions” ….he has with the mysteriously VERY quiet audience on the CD set all disprove any claim that this set is “based” on the seminar as you say. If you want to buy the set, check ebay soon, I’m thinking of selling mine for 10 bucks….

  25. Max-Reply
    May 17, 2010 at 3:50 am

As Linda says, the CDs are “based” on the 2 day seminar.

The fact that the CDs of the seminar may have been recorded at a later time, doesn’t alter the fact that the info contained isn’t the same as that given in the seminar, nor does it mean that the seminar was not, in fact, held.

Judging from my attendance at similar events, the group noise and participation might have been so exuberant and noisy, that Kevin thought the tapes of the actual event would be too hard for people to hear or understand and still feel they had received their money’s worth, so perhaps he went the 2nd mile and took the time to record the complete event over again. (That would be quite a gift, in itself)

This could be a case of erroneously judging and punishing someone for taking the extra time to do one a favor.

If that’s the case, maybe we shouldn’t deny ourselves and others the benefit of something reported to be valuable, life-changing information — just because Kevin wanted us to have a superior product

I don’t know if my assumption is factual, but it does present another consideration in the realm of possibilities. I think it’s good to give the benefit of the doubt, unless the truth is known and shows otherwise.

Kevin Trudeau could have put a disclaimer at the beginning of the program to say his lessons were based on a seminar he gave but no. What does he do? He utters in astonishement how posh the location is and welcomes everyone for coming..he even takes “audience” questions for which we only can hear him saying “mmm hmmm, yes…..mmm hmmm”….. How is pretending your giving a seminar to a crowded room going the extra mile? KT claims members of royal families are present in the room, which leads to this silly little comment on the cd set when he says (paraphrased) “you know it’s funny, someone came up to me during the break and said, did you just call that guy a king?”…….He also suggest having seen alien “relics” on the program!
According to the infomercial where he is “interviewed” by Juilie Lancaster for his YWIYC program, he claims he co wrote the “ginsu knife ad in 1975” * SO he was a 12 year old advertising/ marketing prodigy? (wikipedia says he was born in 1963) actually the more you research KT you will see contradicting information. Is’nt Kt supposed to have a mega memory?!? In regards to his Natural Cures for Diabetes, He claimed the “university of Calgary” has 20 + years of studies into a herbal cure for diabetes BUT THE UofC issued a statement in response to ABC knews which stated they have done no such research. KT promised the reporter who caught him on that, that he would send the proof the next day but of course he never did! check youtube for “ABC exposes Kevin Trudeau” Check all objective information for yourself and judge for yourself, Dont take my word for it. All im saying is Consumers BEWARE!!!. If you love KT ad are better off in 5 years than you are today because of him, God bless ya. In the end, the truth always wins. Kevin Trudeau is in alot of Legal troubles for a reason.Maybe unjustly, but maybe not? It’s not just ultra secret evil people who are out to silence him, do u really believe that??? Maybe all these people have reasons for suing him and banning him from making certain claims on tv. It’s easy to claim “They” are opressing us and hiding “secret information” . Do you really think that ultra priveledged members of secret societies would leave those societies and join up with KT??? If you look at KT’s “gin network” they too, are very secretive . If you read their materials they claim that many members are so secret they will never admit membership!!! My conclusion of KT reminds me of the wizard of Oz. In the end, KT is a just man behind a curtain fooling alot of people. YWIYC is an interesting program with informative motivational material and those into the LOA should consider checking it out. It’s not worth the price even at “70%” off nor is any of the information “secret”. I’m sorry but it’s not. I have heard and read other people teach these same things. For example he elaborates on the “johari window” interesting stuff, if u dont know what it is, but it’s not an illuminatti secret! I could go on, but, it’s not my purpose in life to critique KT. IF you like him, great. I dont hate him, I just think it’s wrong to mislead consumers. In my opinion he often does mislead consumers. Even if he is right 90% of the time, if he is misleading 10% of the time he needs to be called out on it. I will end my rant here. I just wish all consumers would objectivley research all the claims he has made. Perhaps I am the few remaining who still value honesty and integrity. What people need to get into their heads is that it is not about the messenger it is about the message. Leave all this ego stuff behind, if it was recorded live or not, if people were present or not, bla bla bla. That is childish stuff. Not only that usually people like to use this as an excuse not to apply any of this information. I know that LOA works, I have manifested a lot of things in my life, 2 jobs with a salary that I defined on the penny and I received it. It takes a lot to change believes and with that your reality but what people fear most is change. It is not the fear of death it is the fear of really and truly living your live and taking responsibility. Because it is so easy to finger point and blame others. Change is the only constant in LIFE and LIFE never ends. It is all a game, so go out an PLAY.

I’ve read all the comments and I’m glad to see people with different opinions. Me, I’ve owned YWIYC since mid-april. Here’s a review I did on my blog about YWIYC.

There’s been a lot of controversy surrounding this CD-Set by Kevin Trudeau. For those that don’t know, Your Wish Is Your Command is a CD-Program that teaches people how to use their brain to attract whatever they want into their life. Some people see the value in it, some don’t. I’ve read enough of the cynical comments. I’ve had the CD set for almost 2 months now and have listened to it several times. With that said, I’m gonna give you my unbiased review of the CD’s.

I will say that based on what I can prove, which means what has worked for me — I can say that at least 90% of the information is accurate. It could be 100% accurate, but I can’t prove it to be 100% true yet, so I’m not gonna make that claim. I’ve been aware of the “Law Of Attraction” for quite some time now, way before Your Wish Is Your Command. I have an original 1925 manuscript of Napoleon Hill’s “The Law Of Success.” This is the one that was never released to the public because the superwealthy didn’t want the info public. Luckily, a buddy of mine came across this rare copy through an antique book dealer and I was able to get it from him. Napoleon Hill said: When a person has a definite chief aim with a burning desire for it’s achievement and “concentrates the mind” on that goal, that “occult-like” forces will help you to achieve this goal. Napoleon Hill never referred to that as Law Of Attraction. He called it “The Magic Key.” BUT, Napoleon Hill did mention Law Of Attraction. His definition of Law of Attraction was: “Like attracts like. Whatever you think about and focus on in your mind, you attract people and situations that are in harmony with your thoughts.” In every Law Of Success and Think & Grow Rich book that was watered-down and published, they took that information out. So there’s a lot of truth in that regard. I also listened to Earl Nightingale’s “The Strangest Secret” a while ago, which says almost the same thing. So this isn’t anything new. However, Napoleon Hill and Earl Nightingale never called it “The Law Of Attraction.” Books like “The Secret” and other Law Of Attraction books of today tell this cartoon-style story about The Law Of Attraction. Which made people think it’s all a lie.

On to the bad parts: My first issue with the CDs was that he kept repeating himself over and over again. After getting to the 2nd disc, I became annoyed by this. Maybe he repeated himself continuously to drill in the information. Second: Supposedly, it was recorded in the Swiss Alps in a luxurious setting and the attendants paid $10,000 to attend. It didn’t sound as if it was recorded in some seminar type of setting, which would be a wide area. It sounds like it was recorded in a small, closed-in area like a recording studio. I’ve worked in music before, so I know how it works. If it were a seminar, you would hear people clapping, cheering, and he wouldn’t have sounded as clear as he did. He sounded as if he was in a closed-in area like a recording booth in a studio, not in a wide space. The audio could have been edited to sound that way for the CD-version. I think recording it on DVD would’ve easily solved this discussion. As I mentioned, there were no sounds of an audience or anything, especially when questions were supposedly being asked, which I also found strange. After going back to listen to the CD, he did say that the voice of audience members were edited out to protect their privacy. Then someone might say, “Well, what about the 13th CD? You could hear the voices on that one.” My answer: The title of the 13th CD is: FAQ’s. Which means that people were supposed to ask questions, so I think it only makes sense to let the questions be heard. Third: Secret Societies DO EXIST. I know people that are high-ranking Freemasons and so forth. We know that Secret Societies is a hot topic nowadays. I think he used the “Secret Society” talk to draw attention to it. No other person selling “Law Of Attraction” books has ever thought to use the Secret Society approach. He also says that people from The Freemasons, The Illuminati, Skull And Bones, The Trilateral Commission, The Bilderberg Group, members of royal families, etc. were present during the recording of the CD. I find this far-fetched also, but it may or may not be true. Fourth: Towards the end, it becomes a huge sales pitch to join the Global Information Network. For those that don’t know GIN (Global Information Network) is an online Secret Society started by Kevin Trudeau who supposedly has members from all of the secret societies I mentioned earlier that teaches people the money making secrets that were surpressed for so long. These people are supposed to be some of the richest people in the world. You’re supposed to be able to network with them and have them as mentors. As a GIN member, there’s also supposed to be books, CDs, seminars, etc. to add to the learning experience. The cost of this? A $1000 initiation fee and $150 a month. If it really works the way it’s being advertised, then it’s worth the money. BUT — If Your Wish Is Your Command was all that a person needed to achieve all of their goals, then why join GIN (except for the purpose of networking)?

Some people say that Kevin Trudeau mentioning being part of a Secret Society is a lie. The CD-Set wasn’t the first time he mentioned being part of The Brotherhood. He mentioned it in Natural Cures. I don’t know how true it is that he was really a part of that group. Considering that Kevin Trudeau has owned businesses for a while, it could be true. Some people think he made all of his money by selling books and products, but that’s not true. Kevin Trudeau owns TV channels overseas and other businesses. The guy is worth around $2-3 Billion Dollars. He’s ran those businesses for decades, he didn’t start writing books until “Mega Memory.” So he’s been making money in business for a while. I do find it kind of far-fetched that they would approach a teenager about joining a Secret Society, but who knows?

But again, based on what I can prove, which means what has worked for me — I can say that at least 90% of it is accurate. If it didn’t work for you, that only means that you came into it with a negative state of mind and never even gave it a chance. At the same time, I wouldn’t call it a “genie in a bottle” type of thing where you make a wish and it comes true immediately without any effort on your part. That’s not how it works. Although you can truly “be, do or have” anything you want with this info, you’re still gonna have to put in some work to make it happen. When you attract people and events in your life through your thoughts, you’re gonna have to see the opportunities and take action. If you’re not looking for the opportunities that harmonize with what you want, then it’s gonna seem as if it didn’t work for you.

I am astounded at all the controversy surrounding KT! It’s like there is a witch hunt out to hurt the man. I see people being so hung up on what’s “wrong”, the faults, all the things that are negative…..yet, the material is so enlightening, so revealing, and so helpful. Only losers always see what is wrong….and go on and on and on about it…it’s such a shame. You will not get anywhere in life complaining like that…it’s time to look for what’s right, what’s good, and how many folk this human being has touched with his positive vibrations. Speaking for myself, and I know many others, he’s helped us, alot. Thanks Joe. And thanks, Kevin!

Thank you for posting all of these comments regarding the uncomfortable feelings that people feel when they sense they are being lied to. Our egos always tell us that we are not enough and we have to pad the resume….as if no body will know. I wish that KT had just been honest about where he was recording the cd’s but it really reminds me to keep it honest myself.

Would you please tell more about this? How we should learn from him?

Thank you for the info, Joe. I just wanted to chime in here and say a big Thank-You to you and this site, Esther and Jerry Hicks (and Abraham), Louise Hay, as well as Kevin Trudeau.

I’ve just started exploring this, but it rings true with me on so many levels. While I am still awaiting the things I’ve been focusing on (it’s only been a week), I’ve already gained one of the very things I needed the most – an attitude adjustment.

The need to be positive and have better feeling thoughts has been driven home with me. I’m changing and I feel great, and the people around me are noticing it, too. It’s a change for the better, for everyone. While I’m waiting on the rest, I’m going to be enjoying my life and appreciating it, just as it is.

    Thank you for that.

All this negative stuff being said and written about Kevin Trudeau is typical. It also tells me, loud and clear, that what he has to say has value – otherwise they wouldn’t bother attacking him, all-the-time.

It reminds me of when Big Tobacco kept the book “The Easyway to Stop Smoking” out of North America for 10+ years. It has a documented success rate of 75%, so of course, they didn’t want it around. They have too much money to lose.

Whenever I’m seeing someone who is helping people, getting attacked – then I know for certain that what the attackee is saying is probably true – and something I should seriously think about.

I’ve just finished listening to YWIYC, and for the most part loved it. There is a lot of interesting and thought provoking ideas: “If you continue to think what you’ve always thought, you’ll continue to get what you’ve always got” and “You get what you think about most of the time” are a couple of my favorites.

On CD Number 2, I believe KT says that 97% of Americans die with less than $1000 in the bank. Did I hear that correctly? He doesn’t repeat it, and I haven’t relistened to the CD. Does any one know what the source of that statistic is?

Does he mean that these people could have many thousands
of dollars in assets (house, car, furniture, clothes, stocks etc) but they just don’t have money in a Bank? Or are all these people sophisticated enough to have signed everything over to their spouse/children in their days immediately preceding? If it really is true that 97% of Americans do not have $1000 in net assets when they die, that is pretty darn scary.

Did I feel good after listening to YWIYC? Ohhhhh yeah. I would recommend it.

In response to Lawrence (the tech man inquiring about the sound):

I just viewed the infomercial by K.T. on “Your Wish Is Your Command, How To Manifest Your Desires” and I don’t recall him claiming that the CD set is from the ‘actual conference’ that people apparently paid big $$$$$ to attend? Although, he claims ‘the information’ on the CD’s, is likened to that big bucks conference. So what if Kevin made them in a studio room or motel room, -shouldn’t the focus be on the content rather than whether there was an actual audience or not? I personally would rather not have the distraction of the audience anyway, as I have listened to other NLP type CD’s with an audience background and it’s actually more of a distraction, because it’s a lot of uneccessary noise. Bottom line, …does the CD set give you a wealth of information that you didn’t previously have? That’s what I’d like to see people comment on.

Interesting points being raised through these posts.

I found out about ‘Your Wish is Your Command’ through the recommendation of someone I respect in a totally different field to this and so thought I’d check it out. Which led me to this blog.

There is absolutely no doubt that Kevin Trudeau is being intentionally deceptive in the marketing and presentation of this product – I don’t care about any of his other products, or any other claims against him by whoever.

In the opening few minutes of his talk he is pretending to speak to a room full of people, as he discusses the fun they’ve all been having over the last couple of days, then he covers for the fact that we won’t be able to hear any of them speak, by saying he’ll have to repeat any audience questions, as there is no mic for them to use! Frankly, it is like some amateur school production, in fact its not that good. If this was a re-recording, after the event to improve quality, it would have been natural to have just said so at the beginning, but if the intention was deception then of course that wouldn’t be an option. I’m guessing KT is wise to whatever laws could get him into trouble here, because he insinuates, but never actually claims that this is a live recording at the event.

I have yet to listen through the remainder, which I will do, but no matter how good the information the uneasy question is why did KT decide to effectively lie about this and if he is prepared to do so on such a seemingly unimportant matter, how much more does he lie in what he presents. What are his motives? This, supposedly, is someone who has reached lofty heights in self-development and manifestation, which somehow sits uneasily with behaving like a second rate used car salesman … who frequently have ‘the gift of the gab’ enabling them to persuade people to buy what is an unsound vehicle.

Frankly, Joe, it isn’t really good enough to sweep criticism aside and say the message is important and the guy has always been great to you – I’d hardly expect otherwise when you can help further expand his bank balance! Why is it that so many people, who claim to have discovered this amazing ‘secret’, then only choose to share it with others via over-hyped glitzy sales-pages, presentations and usually at ludicrous prices.

Just because a system works (in this case makes you pots of cash?) doesn’t mean it can only be used for good. I find myself seeing so many in this field that have presumably lost something of the message they received and been overwhelmed by the power in not altogether beneficial ways.

I can’t see that KT’s intentional deception is defensible in any way and am surprised that you see nothing wrong with it, Joe. Would you do the same, I wonder?

Your Wish is Your Command is a profound experience to go through, I believe people come to it when they need too just with about anything else. But The Global information Network and YWIYC is life changing – I know, I went on the free Cruise they had this last month as a member.

I’ve been to several dream weekends and all I can say to you is that it’s not just Kevin Trudeau, you have Dr. Leonard Coldwell, Ron Ball, John Grey, Ed Foreman, Marshall Sylver, Dr. Ted Morter from morter.com and many other outstanding individuals giving you GOLD!

Last year when Dr. Joe Vitale sent out the message about YWIYC I had finally understood what he was talking about in the interview (hypnotic gold) with Kevin. I immediately bought it and it was when it was $400 — I ended up actually getting it for $200 from another source cause they’re website was down.

But it’s proven to give me a new living style that I have not yet been able to achieve, traveling and attracting new business that was not there before.

        I can’t speak highly enough about KT/GIN & YWIYC.

I really appreciative Joe shared the message!

I have listened to the CD set 4 or 5 times now. I am also familiar with the Natural cures etc work Kevin has done. I commend Kevin on his speaking out and against the “system”. With this said I have a few viewpoints:
1-The information in the CD set is good, but there is nothing here that hasn’t been talked about before by many various people, he just bundles it up in one spot.
2-There is no way this was recorded in front of a live audience. There are many spots there are sounds from outside and one where you clearly hear a phone ring in the room and he walks over and picks up the reciever and sets it down. The fact he sells this all on the fact that people paid 10 grand to come to this exclusive presentation, this alone discredits everything about it.
3-Kevin states that he is a former member of the brotherhood. I have researched secret societies for a very long time and have never heard of the brotherhood. It is smart on his part not to claim to be from one that people have heard of because than someone will call him on it. If he really was a member of a high end secret society and was going to tell all these “secrets” he would be dead. Period. Those kind of groups kill people for speaking out about far less.
4- He appears to be someone who is using part truth and part fabrication to make alot of money. He is certainly one of the best marketers out there.
5- The last portion of the CD’s becomes nothing but a commercial for GIN. If there wasn’t this hard sell on GIN at the end of these, it would hold alot more water. But… its’ like here we go, its all about more money from us.
6- I was really really on the fence about him and whether he was on the level untill I saw on his Kevin Trudeau network website that he had temporarly suspended his radio show because people were not donating enough money for his defence fund. You should never ignore your inner “voice” and it was screaming scam artist after I read that.

Kevin speaks out about many things, I am very happy he does. I would love the chance to talk with him one on one about alot of his viewpoints. I beleive in many of them. The world needs many more of these people.
I just think that there is way to much fabrication interwoven into the facts and that alone can discredit everything.

@Tim When you understand the Law of Attraction properly, you will understand why Kevin, and any other person that speaks out against the secret societies such as David Icke, cannot be just killed off. Also, there is plenty of information about the Brotherhood out there.

  62. May 7, 2012 at 5:37 pm

Regardless of the media hype against Kevin Trudeau, I like the way he speaks out for what he believes in, esp in the Natural Cures books. I have used some of his remedies and they work. What’s more, I had a long-term experience of my own concerning some of the drug companies and I know firsthand what Kevin was talking about. Enuf said on that topic because I don’t want to mention any names.
Re the 14-CD set: just started it 3 nites ago and I’m already on set 8 — easy to get through and I DO FIND THAT KEVIN MENTIONS A COUPLE OF POINTS I HAD NOT HEARD BEFORE with respect to the Law of Attraction: (1) He said it’s best NOT to set a specific time frame for manifesting your desires. Let it happen because we cannot see or know all the variables involved in terms of the “best” time for a particular desire to manifest, i.e., the Universe “knows” best. Also, if you do set a time limit and it doesn’t happen at that particular time, you’re going to start doubting — too much pressure on you. Let it go. (2) I’d always heard that you should think about what u want till you have it right in your mind, feel it, believe it, then let it go completely. However, Kevin seems to be saying that you need to pretty much do it repeatedly, i.e., a lot more than I had been doing. I did start to manifest SOME things, which were great (!) but certainly not to the level I wanted to achieve before starting on this 14-CD set. Now I’m going to work on these 2 items (not setting a time frame and thinking about my desire MUCH more often than I had been before, without letting any doubts creep in.) That is, I’m sure if you’re thinking about what you want more OFTEN, it’s possible that some doubts could creep in unexpectedly. So, at that point, it’s time to either change your thoughts or, if possible, get back to those positive, joyful feelings and work on increasing your belief.
Along with getting checks, I’ve already manifested finding 4 different lost rings (yep, I did that a lot :))…. One of the rings had been missing for over 2 YEARS! I had no idea where it was. So I followed Joe Vitale and The Secret and one day in the kitchen, I simply looked at my ring finger and imagined that ring on my finger, focusing on every detail of the ring. I did this for about five minutes (while being in a relaxed, happy, clear-headed state of mind). Then, I let it go and gave it no more thought…. 2 DAYS LATER I was walking from the garage back into the house, through the pantry, and THERE IN THE MIDDLE OF MY PANTRY FLOOR WAS THE RING THAT HAD BEEN MISSING FOR 2 YEARS! I had absolutely NO IDEA HOW it got there. All I know is that THE SECRET WORKED AGAIN!! THANK YOU JOE, AND EVERYONE who is teaching us about The Law of Attraction. I don’t think it works. I KNOW IT WORKS!

I precisely wanted to appreciate you yet again. I am not sure the things I could possibly have done in the absence of those advice shared by you relating to such a theme. It became the distressing concern for me, but encountering a specialized manner you treated the issue took me to jump over happiness. Now i’m happy for the advice and in addition sincerely hope you really know what a powerful job you have been providing educating other individuals via your web blog. I know that you’ve never come across all of us.

well Hearing all these wonderful stories and knowing I feel a special feeling listening to the speakers of this topic being “Kevin” and not being able to afford the money book makes it hard. I have 5 children own a small prefab home and have no money left after giving my lifes savings of 47,000 dollars to own the home. what was I thinking? now my husband has gotten ill,not where you pass away but almost worst he is still here but suffers from mental illness that now separates our family. He was the primary care taker “financially og our family” working very hard to establish Kruger Builders llc. and end up not remembering where home is or how to love his wife and kids or pay his bills…hard hit to our reality! Is their any tips for a single woman with no income no job opps here and not enough education to get with the big dogs, but a heart that is ready to manifest the dreams I have of living in a home that fits me and my kids and my mom whom has cancer in her kidney’s and has been victim of malfunctioned hip replacement that turned to 4 replacements and hardly any use of her legs now. So I would do anything to have a place and financially be okay long enough to get back on my feet . with daycare averaging 13,000 per child a year with 5 children you can see where working over time at a low paying job with my qualifications would be irrelevant. My mom believed in home school, well sweet of her but lacking a diploma or ged or family to help so I can go get them I’m really in a hard spot. Any advice would be highly appreciated and taken very seriously . I miss my husband 22 years we stayed side by side and planned an old fashion family style where I stay home and raise the children without him I can barely raise myself out of bed. Thank you for any response I may get in the future. Bless you all especially you single parents raising children alone with out family to help or money to make it just a bit easier. thanks again for your time
    sincerely,
    layla D.

    Joe,
My hero and mentor! Been following you every since “The Secret” became popular and you and I know what is missing from “The Secret.”

It’s the ability to release underlying negative programming from the “un-conscious mind,” As you are aware there are a number of powerful methods to that end including “Self Identity Ho’opoon’pono.”

I purchased your original Zero Limits and like you I use this method every day to clear. It works for me,

For all the skeptics out there, your stuck in a belief system that you inherited from your early life.

If you don’t seek it don’t expect it to work for you.

    Regards,

    Jim

A couple of years a go a friend recommended that I listen to the YWIYC. I have listened to it a few times and I can’t say that I focus on practicing his system all the time but I have had good results when I have. As the CDs suggest I focused on desires that I believed I could achieve. They may seem very small to some people but they were good steps up for me.

3 years ago i was penniless, carless, and no home. I have a very interesting and good job. Yes I only get paid around $40-45K for a 35 hour week but I have progressed from 37K last year, 16 K the year before, and 6K the year before that.. I have also gained valuable experience which I estimate makes me worth 60K + as an employee now. I have had recruiters contact me.

Here at the things I focused on:

    – have more income (received two raises, first one 30% second one, around 10%)
    – have a nice new car (a friend financed a new used car for me as I had bad credit)
    – I am debt free (I have paid back around 8K in debts in the last couple of years and well on my way to being debt free)

I also used it for several small items like car repairs costing a few hundred dollars. Small potatoes but these things were achieved when I had hardly any money left over after bills.

So some of you may laugh at the small numbers above but bear in mind I had nothing, now I live in within my means, have a house, a car, pay all my bills on time, never later, and am paying off debt and saving.

I totally discount that this is the same old success repackaged. Key differences:

    1. Focusing on incremental improvements i.e. goals that you believe you can achieve.
    2. That it’s actually preferable to focus on non-specific goals or just the feeling. Example:
    – a new mercedes or a new luxury car v a Lexus IS450 with brown leather seats
    – a partner that will make me feel good v a blonde, attractive woman between 30-35 that likes gold and chess

    3. It’s all about feeling good, why do you want a bigger house or better car ? In order to feel good, so Kevin starts with showing you how to focus on feeling good first.

I can’t answer all the questions of the detractors of kevin Trudeau, but I will say there is an orchestrated campaign to take down kevin or anyone that exposes the multi-trillion pharma cartel.
