The Abundance Manifesto: Secret #6

Secret #6 of the ten principles of abundance is below.

I’m calling this series The Abundance Manifesto. This is to help pave the way for my new audio program, The Abundance Paradigm: Moving from the Law of Attraction to the Law of Creation (coming out soon).

These are my observations about how you can attract personal and planetary wealth. Wealth, of course, is more than money, so these ideas are more sweeping than you may at first realize.

Since I’m just sculpting these thoughts, please be forgiving in reviewing them. In fact, what I’d love is your opinion. Please comment on each to help me refine them all. The end result will be a useful set of insights for you, me, and everyone else.

Here’s number six:

Thou shall implement Divine inspiration

Abundance comes to those who act on the gifts given to them from Divine inspiration. An idea isnโ€™t a random event; it is an unexpected delivery from an abundant universe. Not acting on the idea is a refusal of a gift. Acting on it is an affirmation of trust. Those who implement Divine inspiration tend to profit from their actions. This benefits all. This is abundance.

Divine Inspiration is amazing! It happened to me last night, I was sitting on the couch thinking about what I could do to let people know about this amazing life changing company/product I have recently got involved in and then all of a sudden I thought Hey why not start my own blog tonight!
Started the blog and almost immediately after telling some people about it through Facebook I got a phone call from one of the leaders of the company who now want me to meet with the CEO and Master Distributor in Las Vegas soon!!! This is amazing all because I acted on the idea of starting my own blog and saying what I have to say!

Thanks Joe for always being a great inspiration to me ๐Ÿ˜€ I look forward to the next 4 Abundance Manifesto secrets!

ABUNDANCE PARADIGM even its name is very exciting.. If Joe promises for something He keeps his word, 20 October is still not late I think because Joe is a from heart to heart person, he wants his program to be very effective I guess that’s why it is taking some time I believe, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 are still late october but I am very passionate and excited for his program it will be sooner than those dates I expect:)

    Thanks for the post!

My comment is a question about knowing the difference between Divine Inspiration and what one might call “Bright Shiny Object Syndrome”. I come up with all kinds of ideas and love getting started on them but don’t always see them through until the end because another great idea comes along and I go chase after that one for a bit. If I look back at the last year of my life this happens in great cycles.

I guess I just never get what I consider divine inspiration to finish up a project…just to start one so the abundance manifestation doesn’t fully realize in totality. I’ve got an abundance of ideas started and implemented but not fully completed.

Does anyone else have this challenge?

    • October 20, 2010 at 2:55 pm

This is more a belief about deservingness than about ideas. Once you know you deserve success, you’ll take the complete steps to bring ideas into being.

    • October 26, 2010 at 9:06 am

I have a lot of those types of ideas too! I put them down, and flesh them out a little.

Then I take some wise advice I got from an unlikely source to heart by asking myself this question. “In order to really make this product idea into a living breathing product, am I willing to invest 3 to 5 years of my life to productize, and market this particular idea?”

Will I be able to stick to it? Will I have the energy and enthusiasm even when I am sick of this product? Will I continue to stick with it, because I know that people need it, and want it? Will I stay the course until I have copy cats of my product?

If I can’t honestly do that, then I evaluate whether I want to take the idea and turn it into a product.

With Grace, Peace and Intestinal Fortitude to all your ideas!

      Dennis

    Hi Joe

    I will play devils advocate…just for a second =)

    Are all ideas from above?

    All of them?

I have tons of ideas. In retrospect, some of them were not really good. nor profitable.

How do we know the difference between our own thoughts and inspired thoughts?

    • October 20, 2010 at 2:53 pm

I’ve already answered this before, but here it is again: you don’t know where ideas come from. But who cares? Act on the highest and best of them.

    Hi Dr Joe:

I tend to struggle with this secret. Since you have stated that you are looking for feedback of how we use (or don’t use) these secrets, to help you flesh out your intention here…

My biggest problem with this is memory. I have great thoughts and never seem to think to write them down. I always tend to believe that I will just remember them (hey, how could I forget such a great idea?). The problem is, they get lost or distorted and I get busy with other things.

So, I will definitely be more diligent about carrying a notepad with me or using the audio note program in my cell phone. However, I do think that something that needs to be addressed for people is a reminder that these ideas won’t stick around unless you capture them in print or audio.

I hope this helps you clarify within your mind what you are choosing to put together.

    Live with passion and purpose,
    Vanessa

Perfect timing Joe – thanks so much – just love it “idea isn’t a random event!” And that’s exactly what I felt about the ideas all the way long – just wanted this to make me understand that I wasn’t wrong after all ๐Ÿ™‚ love you

    Hi Joe!

what if you have so many ideas coming unexpectedly from the universe that you don’t seem to have time to act on them all?

    thanks,

Mtn Jim (that guy with the bottle opener in his baseball cap LOL)

    • October 20, 2010 at 2:52 pm

You probably won’t be able to do them all but you can sure do some if not most. Do those.

There are times when I have refused a gift only to regret later. So I have found out a way by using the trial and error method. Whenever I get an idea, I sit down as if for meditation and wait for some sign – to know whether the idea originated from me or from the Cosmos. And then I act accordingly.
    Thanks for the secret.

    Hi Joe,

Thanks for sharing your manifestos with the world. What is the BEST way to absorb the concept of “deservedness”. How do I accept without a doubt that I deserve, the success I desire?

    Take care,
    Alok

ON acting on ideas, you have to be clear.Yes i have ideas but the more in touch I am with my core the easier it is to know if it is my head speaking or my spirit. The moment I get an idea I try not to judge it rationally or argue with God I ask for confirmation by quieting everything inside me so that i can really hear when i listen.thank you Joe.

  15. October 23, 2010 at 11:06 pm

I try to accept all gifts now. I used to have such little confidence in myself that even if I got a compliment I would counter it with some smart-aleck remark. Not any more.
When I get the gift of someone telling me I look nice, etc. I say “Thank you for that” right away. That is a gift that was given to me.

Ideas are gifts. Nudges are gifts as well. I will soon have a new home due to me listening to and accepting a nudge.
    Thank you always Joe!!

I also have the “idea overdose” syndrome and have several notebooks and random bits of paper from now and waybackwhen accompanying me through life. In my case, non-implementation may indeed come from a lack of selfesteem which will once again need to be reassured,(those negative programmes are tricky and can resurface even once cleared!) or from the fact that I need to choose just one to concentrate on and find the full depth of. However, I do find that the really important ones tend to resurface again and again, the subconscious knows what we need and when we are ready for it…

I believe this, too. Why should the universe give you any more when you don’t use what it has already given you? If you don’t act on the divine inspiration, it will dry up.
It keeps the law of giving and receiving in play.
