Why Anything Is Possible

Consider –

* What would you try if you knew “Anything Is Possible“?

* What goal could you achieve if you knew “Anything Is Possible“?

* What dream could you make come true if you knew the 7 steps proving “Anything Is Possible“?

My latest book is a ball of fire in print.

It’s designed to help you attract, achieve and accomplish all of your dreams, goals and intentions using a new formula for success.

But it also might push your buttons.

It did someone on Facebook.

My new book is called –

“Anything Is Possible!”

It reveals –

“The 7 Steps for Doing the Impossible”

It explains —

Mind Expanding Secrets for Achieving Your Biggest, Boldest, Most Bodacious Goals Discovered While Bending Solid Nails, Heavy Bolts, Steel Bars and Real Horseshoes by HAND

This may be the most exciting and inspiring book I’ve written in years. At least in my humble opinion.

Strongman Grandmaster Dennis Rogers said –

“In January of 2017 Joe Vitale attended my annual strongman seminar: Oldetime Strongman University. By the end of the day he had twisted a horseshoe, bent a steel bar into the shape of a fish, and with one blow of his fist – drove a nail so far through a piece of construction lumber that he surprised us all. That morning he left his home as a 63 year-old guy. That evening he arrived home as a Strongman.”

The story of what happened that day, and what I learned afterwards and then applied to all areas of my life, is exactly why you’ll want to go get “Anything Is Possible.”

I’ve had people go get copies of this book in bulk – to give to family, friends, clients and peers – when they haven’t seen the book yet!

They’ve been hearing about my feats of strength, and seeing photos and video of me bending steel, and they want the inside secrets of such extreme accomplishment right now.

I’ve spoken about the stories and insights from the book on stages around the world, from Spain to Thailand, and people stand up and applaud because they get so inspired.

The book isn’t about bending steel so much as it is about bending your MIND so you can achieve dreams that others will marvel at – including you.

The 7 steps I reveal are unlike anything ever shared before – including by me.

Here’s an excerpt of what Mark Brody (who I don’t know at all) said in his five star public review on Amazon —

“…Joe Vitale goes into what you actually need to be doing in order to be successful. Yes, anything is possible, but there are steps to take in order to get there. Not just sitting there visualizing and wishing upon a star. This is truly a success manual.”

This is new, different, exciting, engaging and oh so much more. But don’t take my word for it. Look what others are saying:

Lisa Winston said this in her five star public review on Amazon —

“If you struggle with setting intentions, keeping commitments, taking action or if you just feel uninspired, ‘Anything is Possible’ will give you all you need to deliberately, methodically, successfully and joyfully achieve absolutely anything you choose to accomplish.”

Erica Garvin said this in her five star public review on Amazon —

“This book was my first introduction to Joe Vitale and his writing. Needless to say, reading this book was a turning point in my life. Never before has a book influenced me more to achieve life long dreams and goals. I believe this book is for anyone, especially those who might feel they are struggling in life and need tested methods to progress forward. Joe truly shows readers that anything that can be imagined can be obtained, and how to do just that.

Fitness expert and personal trainer Scott York said —

“I loved this book. I learned a lot and laughed a lot at some of Joe’s colorful stories. I was inspired by it all.”

But, as you might imagine, not everyone agrees that “Anything Is Possible.”

Even though the book is urging you to stretch your mind to consider “Anything Is Possible,” some people use the idea to create limitations.

SIGH.

One person on Facebook posted the question, “What if you lose an arm and you want to grow it back, do you think anything is possible then too?”

I found it odd that someone would go to the outer limits of extreme examples to argue for limitations.

Richard Bach wrote, “Argue for your limitations and sure enough, they’re yours.”

Then I thought, given our current understanding of limb regeneration, growing an arm seems unlikely.

But that thought also assumes there will be no new research, or discovery, or inventions, ever.

EVER?

Obviously, life will continue to evolve and new discoveries will always be made.

In fact, that flippant question on Facebook got me curious.

I did a quick Google search on “human limb regeneration” and easily found this article posted on January 3 2018 at https://humanlimbregeneration.com/human-limb-regrowth-with-acorn-worm-dna:

“A group of scientists have been involved in a recent study in researching how human limb regrowth could one day be applied with the help of the Acorn Worm. They are looking at how amputees could regrow limbs and for patients to regenerate the spinal cord after injury.”

See what I mean?

There is always the possibility of something new being discovered or created.

So with that more empowering and optimistic belief, and that Google evidence, I stand by my book title: “Anything Is Possible.”

I’m saying it might happen.

I’m saying it could happen.

I’m saying it’s possible.

I’m saying “Anything Is Possible.”

And why not believe in possibilities rather than limitations?

Why not “Dare Something Worthy”?

Why not go for your dreams?

Why not tackle the big challenges of life with a mindset focused on solutions, not limitations?

“We have more power than will; and it is often by way of excuse to ourselves that we fancy things are impossible.” – Francois Duc De la Rochefoucauld

After all, people are creating new limbs using 3-d printers. That’s happening right now. (For proof, read Mick Ebeling’s great book Not Impossible: The Art and Joy of Doing What Couldn’t Be Done.)

I can’t help but wonder what’s next. Maybe it’s the Acorn Worm. Maybe it’s something else.

In my same Google search about “human limb regeneration,” there was a 2016 article at https://www.livescience.com/59194-could-humans-ever-regenerate-limbs.html that said –

“Human regeneration, he (professor David Gardiner) said, is likely still in the future, but not too far off — it’s possible one of his current graduate students or postdoctoral researchers will crack it, and limb regeneration will be a part of the medical toolkit.”

Are we living in exciting times or what?

“Everything is theoretically impossible, until it is done.” – Robert A. Heinlein

So much for the critical skeptic who posted his/her question on Facebook.

Obviously, Anything IS Possible.

My new book reveals “7 Steps for Doing the Impossible.”

But you are welcome to believe in lack and limitation instead.

Up to you.

The T-shirt I’m wearing on the cover of my new book shares my motto:

“It is what you accept.”

You can accept a victim mindset – “It is what it is” – or you can adopt a more empowered mindset – “It is what you accept.”

Your choice.

As philosopher/psychologist William James once said, “Belief creates its verification in fact.”

In short, you get what you believe.

If you are open minded, and want to believe in possibilities, my new book is now available on Amazon in print (and/or for your Kindle reader) and you can go get it right now at — https://www.amazon.com/dp/1984128159/

Ao Akua,

Joe

PS – Be honest: What would you do if anything really was possible?

Attracting Melissa Etheridge: Part 5

It shouldn’t surprise you that I’m writing yet another article here — my fifth — about the rock icon I love: Melissa Etheridge.

I saw her concert in San Antonio last night at the beautiful Tobin Center.

She rocked, of course, and tore down the walls of the new building.

Her power and charm remain high.

She is a bolt of lightning on stage.

I still marvel at her performances.

To my delight, Melissa spotted me from stage.

It was fairly easy for her to see me, as I was in the second row, basically not blinking throughout her entire show.

She smiled.

She winked.

She blew me a kiss.

And when she was exiting at the end, she turned, pointed at me, and mouthed the words, “I love you, Joe.”

I thought I was hallucinating.

But the three people I was with all confirmed it. They saw it, too.

Wait.

It gets even better.

After the show, I managed to get two minutes with Melissa.

I asked her if she had received my latest album, the one I created after my songwriting lesson with her, and the one she helped me name.

“Oh, I so got it,” she said. “I love it. It is great. And I’m so glad you called it The Great Something.”

The title “The Great Something” came out of my private music session with her.*

Apparently that moment was memorable for her, too.

And then she added what I needed to hear most.

She held the album in both hands, looked me right in the eyes, and said with all the sincerity of a turning point moment, “Keep at it. Do more.”

“Keep at it. Do more,” Melissa said.

Getting the encouragement of a music legend – who I happen to be a two decade fan of – was enough to fortify me to climb mountains.

I needed to hear it, too, as I’ll be performing with my Band of Legends for the first time on July 21st at The Townsend in Austin, Texas.

I am so grateful for Melissa, her music, her message, and how she has influenced my life.

I even wrote a song for her, called “Melissa Said,” as a way to show my gratitude. (It’s on The Great Something album.)

I’ve often said that a secret to success is to have someone believe in you almost more than you believe in yourself.

(That’s just one reason I created Miracles Coaching, so you can have someone believe in you, too.)

At this point in my life, I have numerous supporters.

But I’ve had a lot of them along the way, too.

Melissa Etheridge is one of them.

She’s been a coach, a mentor, and an inspiration.

Thank you, Melissa.

I love you, too.

Ao Akua,

Joe

The Saxman Joe Miracle

You can achieve great things when someone believes in you.

I know this first hand.

Daniel Barret, my music producer, coauthor of The Remembering Process, and friend, urged me to create an album of all saxophone music before I felt ready to do so.

I even argued with him about it.

“You have a two year old son,” I began. “Getting me to record sax music right now is like my offering to train your son for the Olympics. He’s not ready. I’m not ready.”

But Daniel persisted.

My first all sax album

My first all sax album

“You have a supernatural connection to the sax,” he said. “Every time I hear you play, I feel the power of it.”

Keep in mind that I had heard a baritone saxophone for the first time last January, when Thomas van der Brook came into the studio to add his bari sax to a track on my Reflection album.

I loved it.

I decided right then to buy a sax and learn how to play.

I did, too.

But that was only months ago.

I had a couple lessons to learn how to put the sax together, watched some YouTube videos on how to play the sax, bought 17 books on the sax, and a DVD course, and just kept trying.

Every week or so, I’d record my playing and send it to Daniel.

I was simply sharing.

But he used it as evidence.

He felt I was ready to record.

After a few months – and with Daniel’s polite but persistent encouragement – I took the jump.

I realized I had been arguing for my limitations.

Enough of that.

I agreed to create an album of all sax music.

Gulp.

That was a HUGE, BOLD, and SCARY move.

I didn’t feel confident.

I didn’t feel ready.

Yet I knew that one of the best ways to learn something is to simply dive in and create a project out of it. Recording an album of sax music would put me in a situation where I had to learn how to play, and fast.

I also knew that as soon as I stated an intention, and invited inspiration, that the Universe would rush in to help me.

And so the adventure began.

It helped that sax great Mindi Abair heard me play (during a Skype sax lesson with her) and said, “You have real talent.”

It helped that I went in the studio with Mathew Dixon and added some bari sax to the first track of our album, Invoking Divinity, which came out hauntingly beautiful.

But that wasn’t a whole album of sax music.

I still remember the first day in the studio with Daniel.

As he set up the mike, and I put together the mouthpiece and reed on my baritone sax, he looked at me and said, “On one level this is an insane thing to do, but let’s do it and see what occurs.”

The result?

Magic.

I played the baritone, tenor, and alto saxophones.

Daniel mixed the music and added some tasty sounds.

I wrote and recorded some hypnotic odes, or prayers.

We ended up with ten tracks – the first five with the poems at an audible level, and the second five with the prayers at a subliminal, or below conscious, level.

I decided to call the album Afflatus, which means, “sudden Divine inspiration.”

And the album is done.

The miracle is complete.

When Mark Hallman, who mastered the album, heard it, he said, “This is the best music you’ve recorded yet. A masterpiece.”

When Mathew Dixon, my partner on several albums, heard it, he said, “It sounds fantastic! I just finished listening and it sounds incredible!”

I’m about as proud as any musician could be.

I’ll be selling the album in 2015 but I’ll be giving it away — yes, you read it right: giving it away for free — in December, as part of my birthday/end of year sale. (I’ll give you details later, of course.)

But I wanted to share this adventure with you today for the lesson it reveals.

It all started with someone who believed in me more than I believed in myself.

With encouragement, you can achieve virtually anything you can conceive.

What’s your dream?

I believe in you.

Go for it!

Ao Akua,

Saxman Joe
